When you go on State Street in Downtown Albany, below the New York State Capitol, you’ll see one of the biggest building change its name from the Crowne Plaza to Hilton.

The months and weeks have gone by and it's just about time for my rappeling debut in honor in "Over the Edge" for the Special Olympics of New York.
