One of the fun things we get to do when artists come to town is get a quick interview before they go on stage. Bethany and I were looking forward to talking to Parmalee Saturday night at Upstate Concert Hall because these guys are always pretty down to earth and lots of fun to talk to. Our visit to St. Jude was one of the most emotional yet, and I for one have been there twice before. If you were not able to make it to the Old Dominion show at upstate concert hall this past Friday you missed a great show. Fortunately for you and all of us they will be back again this summer for the Taste Of Country Music Festival at Hunter Mountain. We did get a chance to catch up with the band a little bit before the show and recorded it to share with everyone.

I think it is so cool that someone has finally decided to make a movie about Dolly Parton's youth and most definitely this song,  "Coat of Many Colors" which was autobiographical. Even as a kid I understood the words and was so impacted by them because I too grew up poor. Ok, I guess we can put all the rumors and conjecture aside, according to multiple sources, including E Online: it is finally official, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are dating. According to the E Online article Blake Shelton's rep has confirmed that the two "The Voice" judges are indeed a couple.
