August 15, 2012 I never thought this day would come, but the 'possum' is ready to retire from the road. When I read the press release announcing that George Jones was ready to stop touring, I was somewhat sad to see another legend get ready to pull off the road. However, we are so thankful he toured as long as he did, with many stops right here in the Northeast.
