If you have a ton of stuff that you sifted through and cleaned out during the lockdown then there is good news for you today. Get out your tables and put up your signs. You are now allowed to have garage and yard sales.

Toilet paper is still a great find if you are out shopping during the pandemic. But now the new product that Americans are panic-buying has shifted. This product makes a bit more sense than toilet paper.

Driving through a neighborhood the other day, I noticed a "for sale" sign in the yard of a house with a bit of an incentive on it. I was puzzled. Would this statement on the sign make you buy this house?

It's a legit question - and nobody is looking to parent shame anyone -  so let's try and treat this as a 'safe place' for discussion.  This topic came up on the show this morning, and I'd like to know your thoughts. Would you buy your little boy a toy that is marketed towards little girls?
