I really do hope that when you come here to read the blog about the "Daily Dilemma" , that you actually take the time to listen to the callers. I think some people are not sure that by clicking on the "triangle" play button at the end of this blog, you get to hear the actually phone calls as they came in this morning. I'm not sure how, but we managed to get a few laughs in with this very serious dilemma. I guess that is what comedy is all about, you have to find a way to laugh at the hardest things in life or you just wont be able to cope.

Gift giving is one of my least favorite things to do, really. I love giving to people, and I love making them happy but the stress of it all really does get to me. I don't want to be the guy that gives something that someone hates, and being that I am a guy I will usually mess it up somehow. That's why maybe this guy isn't so bad. I think getting a gift card, especially a good sized one to a store you love to shop at can be a great present.

Today we had a pretty serious dilemma to deal with. I guess it falls in the category of toxic people we have in our lives. I think we all have them some are worse than others, and some are closer to us than others but there does come a time when you have to wonder if keeping the relationship is only hurting you and not even helping the other person anymore.

I hate putting up the Christmas lights, not so much the tree and indoor stuff, it's the outside decorations that are tough. Seriously, I'd love to find the first person who started this tradition and punch him right in the nose. I guess that would clearly be lacking in the spirit of the holiday though.

There are some people who will tell you that once a couple breaks up they should just move on and have no contact with each other. There are some people who believe that even after a break up two people can still be friends and it wont effect future relationships. I think I fall somewhere in the middle. I think that being actual "friends" would just be too hard but I also don't think you have to be a total jerk and be cold and ignore them.

This dilemma brought out a little bit of passion amongst the members of the morning show. Truth is your wedding day is important, one of the most important days of your life. The argument I made is that I don't think spending a lot of money or having great photos is ever going to be the reason you love that day.  Actually I think if those are the reasons, you maybe shouldn't have gotten married.
