Every 10 minutes someone dies from a blood cancer.

But I don't have to tell you that. You probably know at least one person who has been affected by leukemia or lymphoma. Unfortunately it seems everyone has been touched by cancer in one form or another.

God has given me a "gift of gab" as my father always calls it. I have a microphone in front of my face for hours everyday. And now, it's time to use that gift for good. It's time for me to spread the word about the amazing work The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is doing in the lives of people who are struggling with blood cancers.

LLS is on a mission to find a cure for blood cancers and to improve the quality of life of those with cancer and their families. And that's a mission I can get behind completely.

I know you can too!

I am honored to have been chosen to be a candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Woman of the Year campaign.

Each year a handful of men and women from the Capital Region compete to see who can raise the most money for LLS in a 10-week period.

That 10-week period is happening now!  I need your help!  Not only to win the campaign and become Woman of the Year, but, more importantly, to raise money for such an important cause!

Won't you help me?

Click here to donate to my campaign! Every little bit helps!

Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart!
