A 47-year-old Troy woman allegedly stole a purse out of a shopping cart at the Brunswick Price Chopper. It was reported that she later sent the purse back to its owner, through the mail, although it was $400 dollars lighter.

New York State Police arrested Patricia Robinson, who authorities say that she admitted that she took the purse. In the story from CBS 6 Albany, authorities claim that Robinson was seen on a surveillance camera taking the purse.
