Steve Caporizzo’s Pet Connection, Charles and Linus
If you missed “Pet Connection” today on the ” Sean and Richie Show”, here is another chance for you to take a look at a couple of great pets up for adoption. We would love to thank our sponsor The Animal Hospital in Guilderland for their help in getting these pets new homes. Let’s take a look at the pets featured today.
CHARLES – A Black Lab/Cattledog mix, male, 6 years old. Charles is a great big, love-bucket who would love to lose some weight on a healthy diet and exercise program. He is great with people and he ignores cats! With few exceptions, (dogs getting into his face or challenging him), Charles is good with other dogs, living comfortably with two others and being very nice to occasional guests. We think he might be happiest as an only dog but that is not a requirement. He is very nice to children but gets frightened if they are too active or loud, so a quieter home would do best. He is housebroken, walks great on a leash, and loves to snuggle in his dog bed or on the couch. He is a sweet, gentle boy who would love a new forever home. *Charles Needs A Foster Home!
LINUS – A Pointer, male, 2 years old. Linus came to Peppertree from the Mt. Vernon Shelter where he was very scared and anxious. The staff loved him and reached out to Peppertree because they wanted him to have the best chance of finding the perfect home. He is an energetic boy that will need daily exercise and a securely fenced yard but he does settle well inside. He is fostered with other dogs and does well with all and loves to play. He is a bit too interested in cats to be placed with them. He needs some work on basic obedience but is very sweet. He loves people and kids but does jump a little so small children might be at risk of getting knocked over. He will make a great addition to any active home.
