Breaking: Stabbing At LaSalle School In Albany

Breaking News out of Albany: Albany Police are investigating a stabbing at the LaSalle School that happened Wednesday morning.

The altercation happened between two students just after 10 am this morning outside the school.  Reports that are coming in tell us that a student has been seriously injured and was taken to Albany Medical Center.

One student involved in the altercation left the school. Albany Police are looking for this student at this time.We have no details on the cause of the altercation at this time.

The LaSalle School, an all boys school, is located on Western Avenue in Albany.  Albany Police are on scene and have taped off a portion of Western Ave.  Travelers in that area should expect minor delays while the investigation takes place.
