If you don’t know the story about how Slidin’ Dirty came to be just 5 years ago, here is a little about them from their website:

It’s not hard to see why we love slidin’ around the streets of New York’s Capital Region. In September of 2012 we outlasted all other vendors at Baconfest in Hudson, NY, feeding thousands of unexpected patrons. By the end of the event, Slidin’ Dirty was the only vendor still serving up food. Apparently we clean up nicely; our signature Dirty Asian slider won judges choice at the 2013 Albany Wine and Dine for the Arts Festival. Since then, Tim has appeared on local news stations preparing Slidin’ Dirty favorites. We couldn’t do this without our awesome fans and friends from across the Capital Region!

The Schenectady location will open in March!
