Soldiers in Afghanistan Remake Dolphins Cheerleader ‘Call Me Maybe’ Video
That’s right — we’re still posting ‘Call Me Maybe‘ videos. Deal with it! This one’s got soldiers serving in Afghanistan, so it’s sort of our civic responsibility to share it with the world.
It’s a little meta — they did a shot-for-shot remake of the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders doing their remake of the song. Above is the two videos compared side-by-side. They do an amazingly good job. Although, if you think about it, a bunch of soldiers stationed overseas would probably love nothing more than an excuse to watch NFL cheerleaders in bikinis jumping up and down. Suddenly it makes sense.
