Many times I watch or read interviews with celebrities and one question that is asked alot is what is currently on your I-pod or what albums are you currently listening to. Well since I am still not in the I-Pod generation and I still go out and buy cds ,( mainly because I like having the liner notes and lyrics and all that, call me old fashioned), I thought I would pick out the five albums currently blasting in my car's CD player.

1. Jason Aldean--My Kinda Party

This is a tremendous album from beginning to end. Lots of great tunes for a drive out in the country like "Tattoos on this Town" , "It Ain't Easy" "Country Boy's World" and of course the hits "Dirt Road Anthem" and the Title track.

2. Brantley Gilbert--Halfway To Heaven

This was Brantley's last album before signing with the Valory Music Company. It contains Rockin' Country and some great tender ballads. "Kick It In The Sticks"  and "Take It Outside" are constantly on repeat in my car. Brantley will be re-releasing this album on the new label along with a few other new songs. I can't wait, this guy is the real deal.

3.  Brad Paisley--This Is Country Music

As soon as the title track came out, I knew I needed this album. Another great one from start to finish with guest appearances by Carrie Underwood, Don Henley, Blake Shelton, Clint Eastwood and More. The Duet with Blake "Don't Drink The Water" has become a personal favorite.

 4. John Rich--Rich Rocks

It Does just that, It rocks. There is nothing fancy about the songs, they are just fun rockers to enjoy blaring at maximum volume! "You Had Me From Hell No" gets my seal of approval as best song on the CD.

5. Chris Young--Neon

I just picked this one up on Tuesday and already it's become a new favorite. It's not often that I will listen to a whole album through as soon as I get it, but this album is just that good. I hear alot of hits on here!  It Includes the big hit "Tomorrow", but I am also really liking "I Can Take It From Here" "Lost" and "Save Water, Drink Beer".

So You know what I'm listening to these days, how about you? What's in your car cd player? Or your I-pod?
