I am writing to you about a dilemma I have been facing. This dilemma is that I am newly engaged and my parents are divorced. My father’s side of the family has always been a problem so I fear that if I ask my stepfather to walk me down the aisle that it will end badly. My stepfather has been there for me since I was little and has been a true father. I know that if I ask my stepfather it will create tension on my wedding day between the two families though and I do not want that. I have wondered if asking my mother to walk me down the aisle would solve this tension, if I should not invite one side, simply elope, or have both my father and stepfather walk me down the aisle. What should I do?

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.
