Shania Twain’s accused stalker, former physician John Palumbo, lashed out in court yesterday.  The judge denied a request for him to be granted bail and burst out right in the courtroom.  Palumbo also had two other outbursts during Shania’s testimony where he muttered as she testified.  A court-ordered psychiatric evaluation found the good doctor has bipolar disorder and a narcissistic personality – go figure.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on November 15th

Little Big Town appeared on “The Rosie Show” last night to make the first country appearance ever on the new show.  Karen, Kimberly, Philip and Jimi also taped their fan-favorite single, “Shut Up Train,” that will air on an episode in early November.
