Scott’s Top 5 Summer Songs Of 2011 [VIDEOS]

Technically it isn't Summer until June 21st but the sun was shining today and the weather was warm and it got me in a summertime mood. It also got me thinking of all the great tunes that have been released lately that are great for this time of year! Songs that are perfect for a summer drive with the windows down or just have a summertime feel to them.

1. Dirt Road Anthem by Jason Aldean--Not only is this the best song on the radio right now, to me this is the perfect song for a drive out in the country on a hot summer day with no cares in the world!

2. Barefoot Blue Jean Night by Jake Owen--The title alone makes it a great summertime song!

3.Country Girl (Shake It For Me) by Luke Bryan--I hear this song and think of a pool or beach party with all the pretty girls doin just that! Just a fun party time tune!

4. A Buncha Girls by Frankie Ballard--The lyrics say it all “A buncha girls sittin’ on the deck drinkin’ fishbowl margaritas / And a buncha girls down in Cancun / Yeah they’re seven day senoritas / A buncha girls packed in a jeep, heading to the beach for the weekend / And a buncha girls rockin’ out in Vegas / Ain’t got no time for sleepin’.”

5. One More Drinkin Song By Jerrod Neimann--This is one of those perfect songs for a night with friends sitting by a bonfire drinking a few cold ones!
