Schenectady Man Runs Out Of Gas

A vehicle that a man was driving was broken down in the driving lane in Niskayuna.

The man’s vehicle ran out of gas.

New York State Troopers saw this and went over to check it out. After the investigation, they detected that something wasn’t right. That led to the arrest of 29-year-old David Birch, Jr. from Schenectady, after he allegedly refused any kind of chemical or sobriety tests.

In the story from News 10 ABC, Birch was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and other charges, and then sent to Schenectady County Jail.
