Since 1935, current and would-be St. Nick impersonators have received instruction at the Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School in Midland, MI on being the best jolly fat guys they can be. Now that Halloween is over, school is officially in session.

Last month, 120 students from all over the world payed $400 to attend the three-day, once-a-year course, where they got tips on how to play Santa Claus in a down economy and were reminded that mall Santas really need to get their flu shots.

This year’s class was also responsible for the spectacular  photo above, which evokes holiday thoughts of ‘Miracle on 34th Street’ with a dash of ‘Bad Santa.’ Get some rest, fellas. Christmas is just around the corner.
