History was made on Monday night at Towne Bowling Academy when Rotterdam's own Liz Kuhlkin set a national bowling record!  She set the record for the highest three-game series by a woman!

Liz is just 23-years old!  She graduated from Schalmont High School and was All-American at the University of Nebraska where she won 2 NCAA Championships!

She's currently on the Professional Women's Bowling Association Tour and the Reis Group Kim Brown Memorial League.  And she rolled games on Monday night of 300, 300, and 290!! That's an unbelievable 890 triple! That's a Schenectady Bowling Association record (male or female) and a national record for women in the U.S. Bowling Congress. She finished with 35 strikes!!

According to WNYT, there have been 29 900-series in the history of the game, all rolled by men. Kuhlkin has made just three of 14 cuts on the PWBA season.

Congrats Liz!!! We're so proud of you!!
