Robbery Suspect Tackled And Pinned In Albany By The Woman He Robbed

Michelle Williamson was at an Albany restaurant, on the corner of Quail Street and Western Avenue, when someone took her wallet of her table.

The crook is Antonio Lucas.

During the chase, Lucas knocked her down. Someone saw struggle and called 9-1-1. After that struggle ended, Michelle chased Lucas again. The best part of this story is that she chased Lucas and finally tackled him down to the ground and held him down until the Albany Police got there.

She ended up with a few abrasions to her hips and arms, and a minor injury to her head.

In addition to being charged for second-degree robbery, Lucas was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Michelle is one brave woman.
