When you’re a hunk of man like Richie Phillips you have to expect a few ladies will take notice. One lady in particular has REALLY taken notice! She’s Richie’s biggest fan, Kathy from Ballston Spa.
Kathy is really sweet and has helped Richie with info for his Your Town Thursday song about Ballston Spa. Richie clearly loves when she calls.
