Richie Creates Willie Nelson Spoof Song To Promote Taste Of Country Music Festival [AUDIO]

I've always had a great time at least attempting to impersonate one of my favorite country artists, Willie Nelson.  I'm not sure if I sound more like Willie here or George H.W. Bush, but either way, I had a blast recording this. This song rhymes all of the artists coming to the fantastic Taste of Country Music Festival.  Have you gotten your tickets yet?

He's such a great artist, and you can tell that he has a cool sense of humor.  Hopefully he would get a chuckle out of this little ditty. You know the saying - "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".  I did this out of love, Willie!!

I had the privilege of meeting some incredible country artists in my day, but I would love to meet this guy!  I hope you enjoyed hearing this is much as I did writing it.   The song, by the way, ended up on our company's national Tasteofcountry.com site.  That is another fantastic source of country music news, by the way.
