On Friday, August 17, 2012 nearly 100 people rappelled 18 stories off the Albany Hotel Downtown to raise money for Special Olympics New York.  Throughout the day we saw people of all ages and all levels 'face their fears' to help the cause.

In all, over $62,000 was raised as participants went 'Over The Edge.' Each participant raises money to join the action, including small businesses like Livingston's Quality Manor in Glens Falls, organizations like the Albany Police Department, and local celebrities like Brian Noe of The TEAM 104.5.
