Reporter Can’t Stop Laughing During Live Shot [Watch]

I know this has certainly happened to me while I've been live on the air - I sometimes get the giggles.  Or, as some like to call it, the "church laugh" meaning, laughing when it's not appropriate at the time, like in church!

A reporter in Wilmington, North Carolina named Chris Brown couldn't stop laughing during a live report on proposed fishing restrictions recently.  Before the segment, one of the anchors apologized and said they all had the, "tickle bug".  Apparently someone said something funny right before they went on the air.
