Rensselaer Man Charged With Rape At Albany Airport

Crime is horrible and unfortunately bad people still do bad things. The point that shocked me about this story was where it occurred.

It occurred on the observation deck of the Albany County Airport. The stranger thing was that neither were flying out or picking anyone up. It is a sad affair. The alleged rapist 24 year old Ryan Bentley then proceeded to drive the victim home. She texted friends from the car that she had been raped and they were waiting for her at her home when Bentley pulled in to drop her off.

When he saw the people there waiting he freaked and pulled away with the victim still in the car, and then in a very unsual turn of event actually drove the victim to the Schodack Police Department where she filed the charges against Bentley and he was arrested on the spot.
