Rensselaer House Cleaner Accused of Filming Teen Girl in Shower

If this isn't a reason to not allow strangers into your home, I don't know what is. All the research in the world probably couldn't have seen this coming but it turns out 29 year old Daniel Dugan, the owner of Over the Top Residential and Commercial Cleaning is accused of recording a teenage girl while she showered within a home that he tended to.

Albany County Deputies say they received the complaint on Wednesday and that Dugan admitted to investigators that he did record the girl. Now they're looking for any other clients that hired Dugans cleaning company that may have suspicions, additional complaints or concerns. Dugan has been charged with unlawful surveillance, a felony and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
