Reba McEntire Hangs With Katy Perry

The picture above was posted on Reba's Facebook page on June 27. McEntire, 59, hasn't done much entertaining since her ABC sitcom Malibu Country was cancelled. Although she's constantly tweeting and posting on social media, she has not done much consistent touring, leaving longtime fans eager and hopeful of a major tour production.  It almost seems like she's having more fun watching other people entertain and cheering on her pro race car driver son Shelby. If that's the case, it's well deserved, since McEntire's first single dates back to 1976.

By the way, this isn't the first time Reba has caught up with Katy. Check out this shot on the GAC site. Reba, Faith Hill and Lee Ann Womack all saw Perry's show at the Bridgestone Arena in 2011 in Nashville. In case you haven't heard, Perry has also invited rising country star Kacey Musgraves to open up her 2014 Prismatic Tour, in addition the two taped an episode of CMT's Crossroads. It looks like Nashville loves Katy and Katy loves Nashville. Now... let's get Reba back on the road!
