My vacation is less than 2 weeks away and I'm so excited!  But, like a lot of people, I do want to trim down just a tad before we go, cause, you know, bathing suits and stuff.

Of all the people who go on a pre-vacay slim-down plan, only 23% say they actually succeeded!  Yikes!

I don't know about you, but I can definitely relate to this list of reasons why a pre-vacation diet is bound to fail.  Or any diets for that matter...

Here's what went wrong with everyone else -

1.  62% of people say it's cheaper to eat unhealthy

 

2.  58% of people say there were too many social events with food and drinks

 

3.  51% of people say they just plain old got too hungry

 

4.  37% of people say every time they tried to start, something came up

 

5.  20% of people just couldn't resist temptation

Look, I get it.  Carrie Underwood never said it was easy looking like her!

Good luck with your diet plan, but you know what, even if you don't drop a couple pounds before your vacation, have fun anyway!  You don't want to look back on your life and realize you never had fun because you were always worried about your body!

It's hard to do, I know, I'm trying to do it too!  We can do it together!  Because, you know... you're gonna get hungry, hehe.
