Randy Travis To Appear In Lifetime Christmas Movie

Earlier in the season we were treated to a new Lifetime television holiday movie starring Dolly Parton. Now, Country Music legend Randy Travis will appear in the next new holiday movie.

Through the years Randy Travis has always found time to act in several television and movie projects.  Before his tragic health scare in the summer of 2013, Travis landed on the set of a new Lifetime television movie titled 'Christmas On The Bayou.' The movie, featuring the 'Forever and Ever, Amen' singer as store owner, will premiere Saturday, December 14, 2013 on Lifetime.

As of now, we have no 'official' health updates on Randy Travis after he suffered multiple health and heart problems in 2013. However, the National Enquirer reports that Randy Travis may be paralyzed on his right side, he can't walk, and can barely talk. After John Voight's recent tribute to Randy Travis, during the George Jones tribute concert, we can only speculate that Travis indeed may need a miracle to ever perform again.
