The Randy Rogers Band are known for their road-heavy schedule (it's not uncommon for the band to rack up more than 100 tour dates a year), and they'll be keeping that tradition alive in 2017.

The RRB's newest string of tour dates begins on Wednesday (Dec. 21), and will include full-band shows as well as Rogers-only acoustic concerts. The trek will begin in El Campo, Texas, with a Rogers-only show, and throughout the following weeks and months, the group will stop in Denver, Oklahoma City, St. Louis, Boston and Washington, D.C. -- with, of course, plenty of Texas dates in between.

In addition to the Randy Rogers Band's "regular" tour dates, Rogers will play an acoustic show at the Black Tie and Boots 2017 Presidential Inaugural Ball, set for Jan. 19 in National Harbor, Md. The event -- at which cowboy hats are optional but tuxedos and boots required for the men, and evening gowns required for the ladies -- began in 1953 as a pre-inaugural cocktail party for President Dwight Eisenhower.

How does such a large band get through so many tours? Rogers describes their crew as "one big happy family" -- even their bus driver has been with them for over 10 years!

“People ask us all the time, ‘Are you tired of it? Does it get old? Does it get mundane?’” he explains. "There’s still things left out there for us to do. And every record that we put out, it seems like we get a little bit further down the road or to a different plateau. The music business is a bunch of staying in the same place for a long time. So hopefully we’ll just jump up to that next level."

Earlier in 2016, the RRB reached the milestone of selling more than one million albums throughout their career, and their newest disc, Nothing Shines Like Neon, hit the Top 5 on the Billboard Country Albums chart.
