Rainbow Checkerboard Cake [VIDEO]

When it comes to birthday cake, I'm an equal opportunity cake offender. Vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry I would eat them all! When I first saw this cake, I thought it would really hard to make, but after watching this video I would be willing to try this at home. While this one is technicolor-ed, I think it would be really cool to make a chocolate and vanilla checked one instead.
