Polly Want To Find Her Schenectady Owner? Guess So!

Yes, this is officially the definition of a slow news day, but it IS a local Schenectady story, so I thought I'd throw it out there. 

According to CBS 6 Albany, there was this parrot, you see that got scared when it was flying around outside and then got mixed up as to where it was.

I guess the owners went right to the top.  They put signs all over the place and I guess even contacted CBS 6.

Someone saw good old Jax on a phone pole right in the downtown Schenectady area, and believe it or not, he's back home again safe and sound.

Now, just in case you think this is a rare occurrence, I found numerous examples of people who lost their birds and were eventually found.  Here's an example for you.

Actually, now that I've finished this post, I must say it's refreshing NOT to have to write about some of the negative garbage that's all over the news every day.  Maybe we need MORE slow news days!
