Pizza War Declared

Just about everyone loves pizza. All kinds of pizzas-Cheese, sausage, peppers, anchovies and white pizza.

I go between cheese, peppers and onions, and when in the mood, white pizza. There are so many great places to get good pizza from, right here in the Capital Region. This Thursday evening, February 3rd, you can get your choice of pizza and enjoy it from several local pizza shops, at WGNA’s “Pizza Wars”. It will only cost you $3.00 per person. Bring the whole family and have pizza for dinner. It will be at Proctor’s, on State Street in Schenectady, from 5-9:30 p.m. You can pay on your way in to the “battlefield”.

I’m sure you’ll be able to find your favorite pizza from some of the pizza soldiers. The best part-you can vote on your favorite or favorites. Hey-The Super Bowl is this Sunday. Maybe this will determine where you’ll get your pizza from for your party.

I wish I could be there, but somebody has to be on the radio. You’ll have to let me know who has the best pizza.
