If you love pizza and you have tried a lot of it in a lot of places you know the biggest part of the equation is the crust.

I have chowed down on pizza in Glens Falls, Albany, Utica, Watertown, Nashville, Chicago, New York City and many other places.  If you have bad crust, you basically have bad pizza.

It doesn't matter what kind of sauce, cheese or toppings you throw on it. You can't hide a bad crust.

Whether its mom's apple pie, or Luigi's pizza pie the crust is a must. You be the judge tomorrow at WGNA's Pizza Wars at Proctors. The event will feature pizza from over 30 shops in the Capital Region and runs from 5pm-9:30pm tomorrow.

Admission to Pizza Wars at Proctors in Schenectady is just $3 per person. You just buy your tickets at the door on the way in. Bring the whole family, work your way around the vendors sampling their pizzas and vote on your favorites.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow at Proctors for Pizza Wars. Don't forget, as long as you're at Proctors to buy your tickets for the WGNA Winter Concert also at Proctors this Saturday night, February 5th with Craig Campbell, Darryl Worley and Joe Nichols.
