Pizza From A Vending Machine [VIDEO]

When I'm in need of a snack here at the radio station, I can always head to our trusty vending machine for some chips, candy bar, granola bar or maybe some kind of pastry. Right next to that is a soda vending machine to wash it down with. Now the technology is out there to have a real meal come out of a vending machine.

The Let's Pizza Vending machine has been around in Europe for about 3 years now and will soon make it's appearance in the United States. The machine makes pizzas from scratch and takes about 3 minutes to make thanks to an infra-red oven. Check out the process of the machine in this video.

First Redbox and similar DVD rental machines did away with most video stores. Is this the start of the end for the pizzeria? Probably not, but its just amazing how far the technology in this world has come!
