Pinksourcing Brings Gender Pay Gap to Viral Video Status [VIDEO]

It's been a big Hollywood story since Jennifer Lawrence posted her essay on the gender pay gap and I have to believe she would love the sense of humor within this video that's going viral.

Some don't want to believe it's true, but it's hard to deny. I, myself, have seen this over my working years whether involving myself or a coworker and it's a shame. Things definitely need to change and maybe having videos like this go viral is a step in the right direction addressing the issue.
