Some players just go together with their teams and it's hard to think of them playing anywhere else. Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts have always been the perfect marriage. He was great, but rarely outspoken, and The Colts carried themselves with class while he was at the helm. However, all good things must come to an end. Sometime today the Colts will announce that they are releasing Peyton Manning. Manning is recovering from FOUR neck surgeries, and if on the roster tomorrow, he will receive a $28 million bonus. The Colts also have the number one pick in April's NFL draft which they will use on their next franchise quarterback, Stanford's Andrew Luck.

So what's next for Peyton? He seems set on playing this season and reports are he is looking pretty strong in workouts (after FOUR neck surgeries). Rumors have it Peyton landing in any of the following Miami, New York (Jets), Washington or Arizona. It will be weird to see Peyton in another uniform but I really hope he does well in his return. I've always respected him and enjoyed watching him play.
