More vehicles are being recalled due to fire hazards. Not only cars but over 200,000 cars and SUVs. Here's what to do if your vehicle is on this recall list. According to ABC News, Nissan is recalling two hundred forty thousand cars and SUVs around the world. They say there is a fire risk and urging owners to park outside in the rare case that they catch fire inside the garage.

Apparently a faulty anti-lock brake pump can leak onto the circuit board, causing it to short and spark a fire. An indicator is that the anti-lock break light stays on for more than ten seconds after starting the vehicle.

The recall is for 2015 - 2017 Muranos, 2016 and 17 Maximas, 2017-18 Pathfinders and 2017 Infinity QX60s. Nissan is saying that over 56% of the vehicles present the problem that have to do with the faulty seals on the pumps.

If you have one of these vehicles, you are urged to bring it to your dealer so they can inspect the pump's serial numbers and replace them if necessary starting October 15th.
