Get ready for that Mimosa Or Bloody Mary! It was announced earlier today that Governor Cuomo and legislators have come to an agreement on the 'Brunch Bill.'

It will now be legal for restaurants and bars to serve alcohol starting at 10am on Sunday's. The start time had been Noon for years.

According to News 10, restaurants outside of New York City will also be able to apply to open at 8am on Sundays up to 12 times per year. This would come in handy for viewing things like sporting events in Europe that start really early.

The new bill will also allow growler sales at wineries, and you can bring home open bottles from wineries.

Happy brunching! And now if you are out with that annoying family memeber or friend, you can enjoy a beverage to help ya through it! ;)
