NOAA.GOV After Irene It Should Be on Your Favorites

With our storm coverage the past 2 days at Country 107.7, WGNA-FM I have spent a lot of time on websites.

The one site that I have been going to a lot is NOAA.GOV, basically the National government's weather site. It is now in my favorites at work and home and should probably be in your favorites too. Just go to the page and punch in your town and state and town with a comma between the two and you get it all. A forecast, any flood warnings or other watches and warnings, plus radar. They update this site all the time and many TV, Radio stations, and the actual Weather Channel use them as a source for their detailed reports. It helped us get a lot of information out over the past few days here at WGNA.
