The 530,000 plus square foot property currently houses such names as Price Chopper, Target, Lowes, Marshalls and Bed, Bath & Beyond but now that the owner has sold its shopping center for $66 million dollars, what does the future hold?

The shopping plaza is around the corner from the radio station and a frequent stop for many of us. I love that there's so much all in one spot and a lot of my favorite places, as well.

The question is though, will they add to what is already there at Mohawk Commons? If they do, will they bring in some shops that we don't currently have locally? Could rent go up and hurt what is currently there? Time will obviously tell, but it's always fun to think about the positive possibilities!

If you could bring a store into Mohawk Commons that isn't already here, what would you pick?
