The next time you see someone pulled over by a police car, remember to move over. It's called the Move Over Law. The new New York State law says to slow down on all roads and move over to another lane, away from the stopped vehicles on a multiple lane highway when you see emergency vehicles with their lights flashing, on the side of the road. If you ignore the new law, you will be fined $275 and two points on your driver's license.
