New Hotel & Restaurant Approved for Wolf Rd, Albany

We've known about one of these for a while but finally, the plans have been approved and we can have an idea of where and when we can expect them.

The town planning board approved plans for the new Hyatt hotel and Longhorn Steakhouse for Wolf Rd where the Lazare Lincoln auto dealership used to be. Joe LaCivita, Colonie's director of planning and economic development has been looking at this spot for a Longhorn Steakhouse for the past four years, according to the Times Union.

The developer expects to have the site work completed this summer and construction will begin in the fall with hopes of being completed in the spring. We've known about both of these locations coming to Wolf Rd since at least October but we finally have some specific information when we can start enjoying both of these businesses. They will be on separate locations on the same lot.
