Nestle Recalls Frozen Dinners

A few consumers have apparently found plastic in certain frozen dinners sold by Nestle, forcing the company to voluntary recall the dinners.  The recall is for Nestle's Lean Cuisine Simple Favorites Spaghetti & Meatball meals. 

No injuries have been reported, however; consumers claim they found red plastic in the meatball portion of the entree.
