I should start by saying that this video you are about to watch is "Not Safe For Work" due to language but I can also say that it is damn funny. While I am pretty sure that is primarily what it is meant to be , comedy, I also actually think it works. After watching this video and doing what it instructed me to do , I really did feel a little more relaxed.

I don't meditate but now I wonder if it isn't something I should be doing a little of everyday. Perhaps a little slow breathing and letting all "the bullshit" leave my system is a good answer for stress. I may use this video each night before I got sleep and maybe even to start my day.

Even if the meditation aspect doesn't do anything for you , underneath the humor of the video does indeed lie a good message, sometimes you really do just have to say, "&$* It!"
