Wednesday March 7th is National Cereal Day. A lot of people start their day with a bowl of their favorite cereal, and head off to tackle the day’s events. Most cereals are considered a good way to begin the day in a healthy way. Some cereals have sweeteners added to them, making them a less healthy choice.

I’ve been known to have a bowl of cereal a few hours after dinner, if I get a little hungry. I will admit that most of my favorite cereals are the sweetened kind, although Honey Nut Cheerios is considered to be both sweet and healthy.
