My Ex and I Are Invited to the Same Super Bowl Party – Daily Dilemma

Here is the daily dilemma for Friday, February 3rd, 2012:

"I was dating my ex for about 7-months and we just broke up about two weeks ago.  It was a mutual break-up, but there are still a lot of feelings.  I was invited to what I am sure will be a great Super Bowl party and I was all set to go until I found out he's going to be there, too.  I am kind of nervous to be so close to him so soon after the break-up, especially when we'll both be drinking.  Should I go?  Is there anyway to keep it from being awkward?"
