My Daughter’s Stepmother Is Truly “Wicked”! – Daily Dilemma

Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

I have a 15 year old daughter who is a high honor roll over achieving young lady. She is involved in everything at school, never even talks back an all around good kid. That being said her father and I split when she was only 6 and he has since remarried. The women he married has never been very nice to my child and her dad and I have been to court over it several times in the past but she has been worse then ever over the last 6 months or so. Not only is she nasty to my daughter but also my daughter's father and my child comes home after weekend visits always stressed out because she feels she walks on egg shells all weekend not wanting to upset the step mom and start any drama and make things worse for her dad and herself. My daughter has asked me several times not to say anything to dad cause she doesn't want him to know she comes home and complains to me and have him upset with her as well.

I have tried to respect my daughters wishes and not make matters worse for her but I can not handle her coming home upset,stressed out and crying anymore. The courts are really no help they consider this a "minor issue" we need to handle amongst ourselves but as a mom I am at the end of my rope. Any advice would be appreciated.
