The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.

Here is today's daily dilemma:

My 17 year old daughter got into an accident a couple of months ago, fortunately she came out of it fine physically. It wasn't too serious but it did do plenty of damage to the car. The police did not issue any tickets, but my daughter swears the other lady ran a red light and hit her.

That isn't the problem though, my issue is now my daughter doesn't want to drive. I have tried to gently prod her to get behind the wheel, I have even tried to bribe her with a new cell phone, nothing. I know she was shocked by the whole thing and she is the kind of girl who likes to be in total control of her environment, I get that and love that about her but I feel like the longer it takes her to get back on the horse the harder it will be for her to do.

I have tried to be patient and understanding but now I feel like it may be time to be more forceful about it. I have to be honest if it were my son in the same situation I know i would have been less patient, so am I coddling my daughter? Should I be more forceful? Or will this kind of go away on its own?
