My Co- Worker Wants Me To Stop Smoking At Work – Daily Dilemma

Sean and Richie,

"I just started a new job where the cubicles are right next to each other. It's a very small office, so I admit we are all pretty close to each other. One of my co-workers has already came up to me and asked if I could refrain from smoking at work. I already have to go outside on my breaks and I understand this, but she says she has allergies to smoke and that she can smell it on my clothes. I have never even heard of just the smell of smoke bothering an allergy. I do not want to give up my right to smoke breaks but I also want peace in the workplace."
