My Child’s Privacy Was Violated By A Teacher

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. Here is today's Daily Dilemma:

I have a situation i know you can get the listeners to help me with.

I have a 17 year old who is dating this girl who just so happens to have a uncle who teaches at my son's school. However, this teacher has never had my son in one of his classes.

This man took it upon himself to access my sons school records to show this girl what kind of trouble has been in.

Now I know that it goes against the "Family educational right to privacy act". No one is allowed to this record unless I give them written consent, and is no way allowed to share it to just anyone.

Now i know this was not to be nice, now I am wondering what I should do.
